The Cincinnati Cyclones proud members of the ECHL and affiliates of the Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators announced today that Forwards, Scott Reynolds, Matt Pierce and Ryan Del Monte will return for the 2010-11 season.
Reynolds will enter his fourth season with the Cyclones, claming two Kelly Cup Championships in those seasons. Last year, Reynolds finished third on the Clones' in points with 56 points (23 Goals 33 Assists) in 70 games. "Scott is a going to provide a veteran presence in the locker room. He is very familiar with the organization and has had great success winning two Championships. I couldn't be happier." Said head coach, Jarrod Skalde.
Matt Pierce spent his rookie season with the Cyclones as an ECHL ALL-STAR notting 28 goals with 22 assists for 50 points in 60 games with the Clones'. Matt led the American Conference in the All-Star game with 3 assists. "He has a tramendous future ahead of him. He is a great competitor and had a great season last year. He will do very well at Rochester's camp and we look forward to seeing him back here." Said head coach, Jarrod Skalde.
Ryan Del Monte came over to the Cyclones last season in a trade with the now defunct Johnstown Chiefs for Bryan Marshall. Del Monte played in 46 games with the Clones' tallying 27 points (9 Goals 18 Assists) and 42 PIM. "We feel like he has more offensive potential than what we saw last year. This really should be a breakout season for Ryan. He can do a lot of things on the ice that is going to help our team." Said, Jarrod Skalde.
