Cyclones trade for Chase Watson

Jarrod Skalde announced today that the Cyclones have traded for forward, Chase Watson from the Trenton Devils for future considerations.

Watson turned pro in 2008 playing in 71 games with the ECHL Augusta Lynx. He registered 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points. After the folding of Augusta mid-season in 2009 Watson saw time with the Wheeling Nailers.

Chase Watson has had stops in Johnstown and Reading of the ECHL. He played for Jarrod Skalde in 16 games with the Bloomington PrarieThunder in 2009 collecting 8 assists. This season with Trenton in 17 games he has collected 9 assists. He also played four games this year with the Arizona SunDogs of the CHL collecting a goal and assist.
